Payment Clearance Before Dispatch
No parcel will be dispatched for delivery until the complete order amount, including applicable shipping charges, has been fully paid and cleared.
If dispatch is delayed because the customer has not completed or cleared the required payment, any resulting delay in processing or delivery will be the customer's responsibility.
Production and delivery timelines will only begin once the required payment has been fully cleared.
